About Us

Eastlane College of Technology and Entrepreneurship inspires, prepares, and empowers community students to succeed in a fast changing digital world.

Our Mission

Our Mission

We inspire students to learn and to develop as whole people: intellectually, physically, and emotionally. We inspire students to continue learning throughout life

We prepare and empower students to be successful by helping them develop the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to enter or progress within the work force or to transfer, to adapt and thrive in our increasingly diverse and ever-changing world.

We recognize and develop the marginalized or disadvantaged community students by facilitating them to realize and live dreams. This is achieved by linking them to institution of financial aid, assistance or through sponsorships. Marginalized students may mean school dropouts due to unforeseen circumstances such as Orphans, Early pregnancies, Polygamous families and other challenging caused by political-social-economic constraints facing our communities today.

Our Vision

We continually strive to strengthen and improve the positive impact we have on our students and community: transforming their lives, as well as our own, through our diligent work

We will become known nationally as an institution that "makes a difference" among residential comprehensive community-focused colleges.

We continually strive to innovate – finding new and more effective ways to educate and serve students

We sustain rigor in our excellent work – holding high standards and expectations for both our students and for ourselves

We approach our work with compassion – acknowledging the whole person, working with integrity and caring, accepting people where they are and moving them forward without sacrificing standards or expectations; bringing joy, honesty, and understanding to our work.

Our College Beliefs

We believe..
Learning is a life-long process rather than a graduation destination. We model continual learning and active exploration by uniting theory and practice and connecting the new with the familiar.

Life is best experienced by serving God, applying a biblical world-view and sharing God's love with others. We commit time and energy to developing personal relationships with God that are genuine, creative and intentional.

Service is our privilege. We foster a culture of volunteerism, gladly reaching out to our local and global communities because we enjoy sharing and honor the example of servant leadership set for us by Jesus Christ.

Mentoring provides support for development of the whole person. We inspire each other to achieve, believe and make wise choices.

Diversity enriches campus life. We create cordiality of discourse, encourage respect for differences, promote inclusiveness, and welcome diversity among employees, students and leaders.

We best learn and develop in the context of a diverse global community. We seek opportunities to strengthen our network of alumni, employees, families, and business friends while welcoming new collaborative connections.

Eastlane College has been entrusted by God with stewardship of His resources. We respect our students and care for our employees while maximizing our financial and physical capital in service of our mission.
